How do I get started with CannaDelivery?
Getting started with CannaDelivery is straightforward. Sign up on our platform to create an account, and you will receive a subdomain under CannaDelivery.co which ultimately will be placed on your website for ‘Home Delivery’. Your customers will always go to your page and shop. Customize your storefront with your branding and colors through our intuitive interface, select products from our inventory, and start offering delivery services to your customers. What kind of support does CannaDelivery offer to retailers?
CannaDelivery provides extensive support, including a dedicated dashboard for monitoring sales and deliveries, access to our master inventory with detailed product information, and end-to-end order fulfillment services. Our team is available to assist with any questions or issues, ensuring a smooth experience. Additionally, we offer advertising support, business optimization, and access to our network of law firms, national accounting firms, tax strategists, and business advisors.
How does CannaDelivery ensure compliance with cannabis regulations?
CannaDelivery remains up-to-date with state-specific cannabis regulations, ensuring all operations are compliant. This includes licensing requirements, delivery regulations, and age verification processes. We provide reminders and checklists for compliance deadlines and regulatory changes. What are the costs associated with CannaDelivery’s Platform?
Legend Technologies powers our platform. There is a subscription fee for access, with additional licensing fees that CannaDelivery and the retailers split. This includes a transaction fee and a royalty fee from the drop-ship services.
How does the Revenue Share work?
Each retailer starts with the same revenue share tier. Our goal is to ensure your profitability and satisfaction with the e-commerce/home deliveryprogram. Revenue share increases with higher daily delivery volumes. The more you promote home delivery services and the more orders processed, the higher your revenue share % will be.
Is there a limit to my delivery territory?
No, you can offer home delivery to any municipality throughout the state, excluding the Upper Peninsula. We service a 30-mile radius from each partner location, allowing you to expand your reach significantly.
Can I market my dispensary to the other side of the state and expand my territory without a physical location?
Yes, you can market your dispensary statewide and expand your territory without needing a physical location in those areas.
